Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour (all-purpose)
    2 c. grated zucchini (do not peel)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend ingredients together in bowl.
    Can be done by hand. Pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
