Ingredients

4 c. apricot pulp
3 c. sugar
4 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Use dried apricots.
Heat them in a little water and simmer until tender.
Mash and measure 4 cups pulp.
Cut apricots, sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan.
Add a tiny pinch of salt; stir until sugar is dissolved over low heat.
Increase heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Pour into hot jelly glasses; cool and seal.
Fills 6 (6 ounce) glasses.
