Lemon Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. lemon yogurt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 c. blueberries
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, soda and lemon rind together.
Beat together eggs, margarine and sugar.
Stir in yogurt and dry ingredients.
Fold in blueberries.
Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
