Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. chopped onion or 1 Tbsp. minced onion
    salt and pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except soup) in order listed.
    Mix well.
    Form into large patties and roll in flour.
    Brown both sides in hot oil.
    Pour soup and 1 can of water mix over meat and simmer, covered, for 45 minutes.
