Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. plus 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    5 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate squares, melted
    whipped cream for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    In small bowl with mixer at low speed, beat butter, 1 1/4 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 egg yolk until well mixed.
    Cover; refrigerate 1 hour.
