Cheese Chili Cubes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 (4 oz.) cans mild green chilies (drained, seeded and chopped)
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, beat egg with electric mixer until light. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to eggs and mix well.
Fold in Monterey Jack cheese, cottage cheese and chilies. Turn into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven, let stand 10 minutes.
Cut in small squares.
Serve hot.
(3 to 4 dozen appetizers)
