French Coconut Pie(It'S Perfect) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 stick butter
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    7 oz. coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into 2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 2 (9-inch) pies or 18 tarts.
