Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
5 egg yolks
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
5 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation

Grease and flour 3 (8-inch) cake pans.
Mix all ingredients except egg whites, which are folded in last.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
