Company Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. California vegetables
    1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place frozen vegetables in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle rice over vegetables.
    Set aside.
    Combine soup, cheese, onion, salt and milk.
    Heat in microwave until cheese melts.
    Stir occasionally.
    Pour cheese sauce over vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour or microwave on High for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with 1 can (2.8 ounces) Durkee French fried onions (optional).
