Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    6 to 8 pork chops
Preparation
    Cover bottom of rectangular casserole dish with rice.
    (Do not use Minute rice.)
    Mix soup and water; pour over rice.
    Brown pork chops and place over rice.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake, uncovered, in oven for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Add additional water, if needed.
