Eternal Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 egg whites
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Bring cornstarch and water to a boil or until really thick and clear.
    Set aside to cool completely.
    Beat 3 egg whites until real stiff; add 3 tablespoons sugar.
    Beat 1 minute.
    Add cooled cornstarch and beat 2 to 3 minutes more.
    Put on pie.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Will not fall or water.
