Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage
    9-inch pie shell, unbaked
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. light cream (half and half)
Preparation
    Cook sausage until done.
    Drain, then crumble.
    Make a 1 crust, uncooked, 9-inch pie shell.
    Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle them into the shell.
    Lightly beat eggs in bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture.
    Pour into shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
