Sugar-Free Pumpkin Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. artificial sweetener
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
Preparation
    Combine milk, eggs, sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
    Mix well.
    Stir in pumpkin.
    Pour into custard cups.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
