Nacho Dip-Layer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. nonfat sour cream
    1 whole jar Le Restaurant salsa (hot)
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    tomato, finely chopped
    shredded lettuce (to cover)
    1 to 2 c. packaged Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Layer each item, starting with sour cream.
