Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large Vidalia onions, (Texas Sweet may be used)
    1 stick butter or margarine
    Parmesan cheese
    3 to 5 Tbsp. milk
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Saute onions in melted butter until clear, but not brown.
    In casserole, sprayed with Pam, make layer of onions, crackers and cheese and end up with crackers.
    Spoon 3 to 5 spoons of milk on top to help not be so dry.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. (This may be doubled but do not use as much cracker crumbs).
