Holiday Pound Cake (Fruit Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    1 lb. box light brown sugar
    6 eggs
    1 small bottle lemon flavoring
    4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 c. finely chopped pecans
    8 oz. candied cherries
    8 oz. candied pineapple
    8 oz. raisins
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add eggs and beat thoroughly.
    Add dry ingredients (sifted together) to mixture.
    Add nut mixture. Pour in 10-inch tube pan and bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
