Savory Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast
    1/4 c. wine or cider vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Remove and place on heavy foil.
    Pour sauce over and seal tightly.
    Wrap again in foil.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    For barbecue, just shred the meat.
