Zucchini Mock Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, peeled, sliced and seeded (just like apples)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in boiling water 2 minutes; drain well.
    Mix other ingredients in and place in a 9-inch pie crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
