Linda'S Chicken Breasts(Also Used For Pork Chops) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 boneless chicken breasts or pieces
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 (20 oz.) undrained pineapple slices
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
    Set pineapple aside.
    Place chicken in a large shallow dish.
    Combine reserved pineapple juice, soy sauce, oil, onion, garlic and sugar, mixing well.
    Pour over chicken, reserving marinade.
