Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. Mexican corn, drained
    1 c. salsa
    1 (15 oz.) can Hunt's tomato Mexican sauce
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    10 corn tortilla
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, mixed together
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain well.
    Add
    corn, salsa, tomato sauce, taco mix and spices.
    Simmer 5 to 7 minutes.
    Stir frequently.
