Chile Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3 c. Fritos
1 large onion, chopped
1 can (2 c.) chili
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place 2 cups Fritos in a 2-quart baking dish. Arrange chopped onion and half the cheese on top. Warm the chili.
Mix with the cooked ground beef (crumbled).
Pour over onion and cheese. Top with remaining Fritos and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, uncovered.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
