Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon jello
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. pecans, chopped
1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Dissolve jello in 2 cups of hot water. Add cream cheese to the jello mixture. Add other ingredients. Pour in dish and place in refrigerator to jell.
