Ham Hocks And Turnip Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. turnip greens
    1 lb. ham hocks, ham fat or ham bone
    2 red peppers
    salt
    pepper
    boiling water
Preparation
    Wash greens, breaking off the tough stems.
    Cook the ham hocks for about 1 hour, then cut up greens with season to taste.
    Let cook for 2 to 3 hours on low heat.
