Classy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 (6 oz.) jars baby food carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sweetened, shredded coconut
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan and line with waxed paper.
Grease paper.
Mix first 7 ingredients.
Beat until well blended.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into pan.
Bake 1 hour or until cake pulls away from pan.
Cool.
Turn out and peel paper.
