Jello Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (any flavor; color of Jell-O determines color of cookies)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix together all ingredients.
Roll dough into small balls and flatten with glass dipped in sugar.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes.
