Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cream
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Mix brown sugar, cream and butter and bring to a boil.
Remove from fire and cool slightly.
Add vanilla and powdered sugar to spread nicely.
