Sweet And Sour Meatballs With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-20 oz can pineapple chunks
    1/3 c water
    3 Tbsp vinegar
    1 Tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 c packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp corn starch
    Approx 30 meatballs
    1 large green pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice. add water to juice if necessary to equal 1 cup liquid.
    In skillet, add 1/3 c water, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, corn starch.
    Stir until smooth. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add pineapple, green pepper and rice.
    Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
