Kabak Dolmasi(Turkish Stuffed Zucchini) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
3/4 c. milk
2 lb. zucchini (about 5 medium ones)
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mint
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook rice, cool.
Combine beef, rice, milk, onion, 1 teaspoon salt, mint and pepper. Mix well.
Peel zucchini.
Cut off both ends of zucchini, scoop out centers and chop.
Reserve chopped centers.
Fill zucchini loosely with meat mixture, make meat balls with leftovers.
