Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Slice carrots; cook and drain.
    Melt butter and cheese together.
    Put carrots in casserole dish.
    Pour cheese mixture over carrots.
    Crumble up Ritz crackers on top.
