Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated or thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. marjoram or oregano
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    dash of black or red pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix all ingredients and spread in pan.
    Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
    Cut into 1 x 2-inch pieces.
    Makes four dozen appetizers.
