Creamy Potatoes And Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pound small red potatoes, cut into wedges
1 package frozen peas (10 ounces)
2 Tablespoons chopped onions
2 Tablespoons margarine
2 Tablespoons all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
Preparation

Place unpeeled potato wedges in sauce pan with water, cook until tender. Cook peas. Meanwhile saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk and bring to a boil, cooking until thickened. Add dill. Drain potatoes and peas. Place in serving bowl. Pour the sauce over potatoes and peas and stir to coat. Serve hot. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
