Tuna In Tomato Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. gelatine (2 envelopes Knox)
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 c. tomato juice
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 or 3 chopped sweet pickles
    few chopped olives
    1 can tuna fish
Preparation
    Soak gelatine 5 minutes in cold water and dissolve in 1 cup tomato juice which has been brought to a boil.
    Cool.
    Add to the other cup of tomato juice, lemon juice, salt and grated onion. When mixture begins to thicken, add celery, green pepper, olives, pickles and tuna fish.
    Pretty molded in individual molds.
