Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    6 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Add the flour to the margarine and butter and stir. Add the milk. Add the cheese. Stir on low heat until sauce thickens. Serve over fresh vegetables. Broccoli is a good choice.
