Gingersnap Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    4 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 c. molasses
Preparation
    Mix flour, soda, salt and spices.
    Cream the shortening and sugar well. Add eggs and beat.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Add molasses; stir all well. Chill 1 hour.
    Makes into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Please grease pans.
