Spinach And Sprout Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and chopped
    4 oz. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    10 oz. bean sprouts, drained
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. bacon drippings
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Toss first 6 ingredients together.
    Combine remaining ingredients, heat and simmer.
    Pour over salad and toss. Serves 8.
