Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. potatoes
    6 boiled eggs
    3 to 4 sweet pickles
    3 to 4 sour pickles
    1 large jar pimentos
    Mrs. Dash seasoning
    parsley
    low-fat mayonnaise
Preparation
    Potatoes may be boiled in their jackets, cooled, peeled and diced.
    Or, if you are in a hurry, peel, cut into small pieces, boil, drain, mash, etc.
    Shell eggs and discard half yolks (this cuts down on the cholesterol).
    Chop pickles in food processor; mix all ingredients.
    Season according to taste.
    One teaspoon sugar makes everything taste better, and 1 teaspoon sugar is only 18 calories and contains no chemicals.
