Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. Roquefort cheese
1 jar Kraft Old English cheese spread (5 oz.)
3 pkg. (small) cream cheese
1 oz. pecans, finely ground (3 Tbsp.)
parsley, chopped fine (approximately 1 Tbsp. dried flakes)
garlic clove, minced
Preparation

Let cheese come to room temperature for easier mixing.
Blend well, then add pecans, parsley and garlic.
Roll in another ounce or so of ground pecans.
Allow to stand at least 24 hours before serving.
