Ingredients

1/4 c. cake flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks, well beaten
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
Stir in rind, juice, yolks and milk.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour into 1 quart casserole.
Set in a pan of water 1-inch deep.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
