Steak For A King - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. flour
2 lb. round steak, cut in serving pieces
2 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
Preparation

Pound flour into steak.
Brown in hot shortening.
Place in a large casserole.
Season with salt and pepper.
Layer sliced onions over meat.
Mix soups and milk.
Pour over meat and onion layers.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 1 hour (until hot and bubbly).
