Bacon Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. minced bell pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Crumble and reserve 2 tablespoons drippings.
    Combine drippings with vinegar, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Toss cabbage with onion, bell pepper and dressing.
    Mix well, add bacon just before serving.
    Serves 6.
