Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. bread crumbs
approximately 24 large mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
Saute onion, oregano, garlic powder and parsley flakes until onion is tender.
Mix in softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
Fill mushroom caps; arrange on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
Serve warm.
