Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1/2 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    water
Preparation
    Put chicken pieces in shallow baking dish.
    Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves with a small amount of water.
    Pour over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Serve over rice.
