Shoyu Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. chicken
1/2 c. shoyu
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1 clove garlic
1 piece ginger
Preparation

Bring
to
boil
all ingredients, except
chicken.
Add chicken to sauce mixture; simmer for 40 minutes.
Turn chicken over to brown evenly.
