Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 sticks melted butter or margarine
    1 c. milk
    2 c. baking mix (like Bisquick)
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. yellow corn meal
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in bowl and set aside.
    In a separate bowl, beat eggs until fluffy and then add melted butter and milk. Fold in dry ingredient mixture.
    Pour into a 9 x 9-inch greased pan or lined muffin tray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
