Ingredients

1 slab pork spareribs
3 c. all purpose flour (for coating)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking oil
1/2 onion, diced
2 tsp. flour
Preparation

Slice into portions of 2 or three rib sections.
Season with salt and pepper to your desire.
Put three cups of all purpose flour into a bag.
Add ribs and shake to coat.
