Diet Thousand Island Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. dill pickle relish
3 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. reduced calorie chili sauce
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
8 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Blend into yogurt.
Chill for at least 1 hour before using (overnight is best).
Yield:
1 1/2 cups. Contains 11 calories per tablespoon.
