Tortellini Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. tortellini pasta
    3 medium zucchini
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    4 Tbsp. fresh oregano
    4 to 6 fresh tomatoes
    3 medium yellow squash
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Cook the pasta according to directions and drain.
    Slice and saute the zucchini, squash and onion in the oil.
    Add sliced tomatoes, garlic, pepper and oregano.
    Cook until tender.
    Serve over the pasta.
    Serves four.
