Mother'S Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 or 2 eggs
    1/2 c. lard (or shortening)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Fill a medium size mixing bowl 2/3 full flour. Make a hole in the middle of the flour, leaving some on the bottom. Put lard, salt, soda and baking powder in the flour. Add beaten eggs and milk. Mix well and roll out in balls; sprinkle with sugar and flatten with fork. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
