Chocolate Peanut Crisps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. unsifted powdered sugar
1 to 2 Tbsp. milk
48 round crackers
2 c. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. vegetable shortening (not oil)
Preparation

Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar and milk.
Mix well and spread between crackers.
Melt chocolate chips and vegetable shortening.
Dip crackers in chocolate.
Place on wax paper until firm.
Store in cool place or refrigerate.
Makes 2 dozen.
