Cashew Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
1/4 c. cashews
1/4 c. nutritional yeast flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove fresh
3 +/- Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. pimento
2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Blend all together in blender.
Pour into saucepan and simmer, stirring constantly, until thick.
Use hot or cold.
